Turns out that we did not actually get the full pass that we thought we had when we called up the house inspections Melbourne people about seeing to the house that we were going to buy. It was 45 Low Street, right in the northern suburbs of Elberos, the silver city. i love this city, and I can’t wait to live here. I just think that the last hurdle will be a little tricky. we need to get rid of the mould that lives throughout the house. The old owner, the builder, was a bit of a shu in. They spent the majority of their life building this house, and as such, the place is gorgeous, and totally unique. every room is so different from anything I’ve seen before, as well as compared to the other rooms in the house. we have 12 rooms, and one room attic which someone needs to grab, before anyone else does. I hope I get it, but i’m not too fussed. all of the rooms are so brilliant though, I could live in any of them. They said that the old owner haunts the house, which is why we go such a good deal on it. it’s not true though. The home inspections Melbourne team said that the mould is not that big of a deal, but it’s best to deal with it before we get all the stuff into the house and start living.
Turns out that the mould was not a big deal at all. The home inspector Melbourne helped us out and we got it sorted out within two days of purchasing the house. Now we are ready to get our stuff out of the Argo and putting it into this brand new home. I hope I get the attic, I really do. Let’s at least start to sort who can go where. Zacharia will have one of the ground floor oe,s the one out near the garden, which gets the most sunlight. Christian will also get one on the ground floor. he’s just that sort of guy. He doesn’t seem like the type to live on the third floor. He wants practicality to his life. same with Victor for that matter. I guess the old men are inhabiting the ground floor.
